Treat yourself with the delicacies proposed by star Chef Milton Ferreira, that uses traditional products, local ingredients and the vegetables from the kitchen garden, to delight our guests with unique dishes, perfectly paired with Paulo Coutinho's selection of our wines. Enjoy our enogastronomic offer having as scenery the Pinhao valley vineyards and the mountains that cut the horizon.

The restaurant room has a beautiful porch on top of the vineyards for the Summer days. When the temperature comes down relax with the comfortable warmth of the fireplace.

BY CAR FROM PORTO
- Follow A4 direction Vila Real
- After passing Vila Real, get into A24 direction Viseu
- Leave A24 on exit 13 and follow towards Sabrosa
- When arriving in Sabrosa turn right direction Pinhão
- Quinta do Portal will be on your left, just after passing Celeirós do Douro

BY CAR FROM LISBON
- Follow A1 direction Norte
- Leave to A25 direction Viseu
- Leave to A24 direction Vila Real - Leave A24 on exit 13 and follow towards Sabrosa
- When arriving in Sabrosa turn right direction Pinhão
- Quinta do Portal will be on your left, just after passing Celeirós do Douro

BY BOAT
The boat trip up the river from Porto is an incredible experience.
To visit Quinta do Portal you shall dock the boat in Pinhão and then get on a 15 minute taxi ride to reach us. 

BY TRAIN
This is definitely one of the most beautiful ways to get to the Douro wine region. Get on the "Linha do Douro" train in Porto and enjoy the landscape (you must seat on the right side of the train!) until you reach Pinhão, your final stop, where you must enjoy the beautiful tiles on the station.
Then just jump for a 15 minute taxi ride to Quinta do Portal.
