Wine produced from grapes from our trial field at Quinta da Abelheira (550-600m), situated on the plateau south of Favaios village. This is an
interpretation of the potential of Sauvignon at high altitude. We managed to obtain notes of tropical fruit while maintaining a fresh and acidic
character, without touching on the vegetal tones that this variety normally conveys when aiming to preserve its liveliness. It therefore presents a beautiful aromatic expression, extremely clean, fruity, and floral, along with cedar notes. On the palate, it contributes to a volume that perfectly balances the strong acidity. The finish is seductive, with a sensation of freshness and complexity.
