This is a minimal intervention wine, with a lower sulphite addition and without the use of any stabilization products. Its contact with the lees allows the wine to find, in a natural way, all the ingredients it needs to age for many years in bottle, keeping a shiny and attractive colour. It has notes of yellow pulp fruit, as well as some dehydrated fruit, always with a fresh background. In the mouth we have the same notes found on the nose, and as the wine opens up also some tropical ones. The final is long leaving sensations of freshness, minerality and honey tones.
