Our 10 Year Old Tawny is a blend of different wines aged in old casks for many years where they acquired the amber colour and turned the young rich fruit into a smooth elegance of nutiness.
It's quite big but balanced with fine acidity. It has aromas of caramel, cafe au lait along, hazelnut and other dry fruits.
A classic combination with tarte tatin, crème brûlée or macadamia ice-cream.
